Terms and Conditions – Sole 2 Soul Cornwall

Welcome to Sole 2 Soul Cornwall. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

  • All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
  • Payment must be made at the time of treatment or before via cash, card, or online payment methods.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if payment is not received before the appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, 50% of the service fee may be payable.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies at our discretion.

3. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other bookings.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and cancellation fees may apply.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their treatment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may not be suitable for a client’s health.
  • All treatments are provided in a safe and professional environment.

5. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within their validity period.
  • Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Sole 2 Soul Cornwall is not responsible for any adverse reactions to treatments.
  • Clients assume full responsibility for their health and well-being during and after the session.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen personal items during appointments.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and communication purposes.
  • We do not share your details with third parties without consent.
